Our students all receive personal attention from our family - we are on hand to show you around the house, introduce you to former students - who are more than happy to vouch for us - and to look after you while you settle in (it has been known for us to help offload cases from parents cars!). Most importantly, we pride ourselves on our high safety standards. All student homes in Durham are full compliant with the Durham Accommodation Office Code of Standards (http://houses.dsu.org.uk/info) pass all gas and electricity safety checks (fully certified and carried out 6 monthly). We offer a 24/7 emergency call out for maintenance and repairs (or even when you cannot find your key!) - which are carried out and guaranteed by our own business and trusted employees.
